 It is an old Tuscan cottage with a panoramic view immersed in a beautiful scenery, among woods, vineyards, medieval villages and castles.
The good position makes S. Alessandro be the centre of very interesting paths: it is immersed in "Chianti Colli Senesi" shire, at the border with the famous "Crete", in the middle of thermal area (Rapolano Terme, Bagno Vignoni, S.Casciano Bagni, Saturnia, Chianciano Terme, Petriolo) with rich and very modern well-being centres. |
 Important cities such as Siena, Arezzo, Perugia, Cortona, Assisi, Montalcino and Pienza are just 30 or 40 minutes far away from the House, which is situated inside the "Tenuta di S. Gimignanello", very close by Asciano and Rapolano Terme (about 5 km). The owner of the structure is Carlo Gilistro a paediatric and allergologist doctor. He gave the management to his sons and grandsons. |
 They will you know the taste of this beautiful land and will give you all the precious information about the very evocative and cultural paths about wine and food, especial events and festival. We are open all the year! The structure has been restored, but we didn't want to modify its original architectural characteristics. |
 It supplies with all modern comforts, it is arranged with six apartments with at most twelve beds available.These apartments are all independent and just restored, finely furnished with equipped kitchens, Satellite TV, video recorder, heating, air conditioner, safes, fireplace, independent veranda, and private car park.
The swimming pool and barbeque places are available for all the stay. |
 We recommend to taste our wine and olive oil.
The swimming pool with fresh water, close to a very old oak and close to the wood, is situated in a place where you can see a beautiful panorama, characterised by vineyards and old dive groves, which will make your staying very relaxing and pleasant. The night illumination of the swimming pool will let you to use it also at night time. |
