• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, Breakfast is included at the Locanda.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Our guests can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception are Italian, English und German spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have our rooms at the first floor and we don't have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms are very quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have a terrace in the living room.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms haven't any balcony, but they have very big windows.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Our rooms are non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has a TV, DVD and Stereo. At the moment any satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  We don't have a telefon in our rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an Internet/E-mail point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a garage at the extra price.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Lucca you can rent a car.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 80 km far, Pisa 20 km far.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Pisa airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  From and to the airport it is possible to take a taxi or a bus.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is at 5 minutes on foot.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Lucca's railway station is at 10 minutes on foot.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We haven't a restaurant in the property (only breakfast), but there is a very good restaurant in our square.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can surf the Internet from the living room.
