Please note a no-show, late cancellation or early departure will result in a penaly equal to 100% of unused nights in bed & breakfast charges. We kindly ask that all clients advise the hotel by telephone, even on the same day, if arrival will be after 20.00 hours (8pm).
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 120 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
