This apartment, which is the largest, is a duplex apartment that provides some 120 sq.m. of space. On the first floor there is a large lounge with a typically Tuscan open fireplace, a wood burning oven and TV. The spacious kitchen is custom built in "brick", and is equipped with a dishwasher and a larder. Upstairs there are two double and one single bedroom plus a shower room. Outside, there is a barbecue and table and chairs providing another option for moments of relaxation. |

This apartment is a three-roomed, single storey flat of 70 sq.m. accessible directly from its own parking space. It comprises a lounge with open fireplace and TV and a custom brick built kitchen area complete with dishwasher. There is also one double and one twin bedroom, a shower room and an external sitting / eating area complete with barbecue.

These two-roomed apartments have a lounge with kitchen corner, sofa and TV plus a double / twin bedroom with shower room. Outside area with barbecue.

A studio flat, just one room with a kitchen corner, but with a raised platform area with double bed and shower room. Outside, a wisteria covered pergola shades a barbecue. |

Apartment "Noce": approx. 80 sq.m. for 4/5 people
This apartment has a large lounge with open fireplace, a wood-burning oven and a functional kitchen complete with dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and it is also equipped with satellite TV. Perfect for 2 couples who want some privacy but are happy to share the communal areas. Under-floor heating. Outside area complete with barbecue.
