• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price of the room.We offer a continental breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  The cost of the heating/air-conditioning is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you may.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are only two floors in the main building but there is no elevator. The rooms in the depandance do not feature a lift either.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There is peace and tranquillity, when you are here you live in a dream. All rooms are romantic and elegant.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms in the depandance have a small terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No they haven't.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is. Each room has satellite TV. BBC World, BBC Prime, CNN, SkyNews, Fox, CNBC are included.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there is and it is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is only the breakfast room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do. Internet and E-Mail point are available on request.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a gourgeous swimming pool and it is open from April to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is private parking reserved for our guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the town nearby, Castiglione d'Orcia.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are mini-market, COOP and the Supermarket in San Quirico d'Orcia.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are many independent vineyards in this valley owned by small local farmers.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 130 kms away, Siena is 50 km(32 miles)away and Pisa distances 200 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Castiglione d'Orcia
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are various airports: Firenze (Amerigo Vespucci) and Perugia (Adamo Giulietta), however Rome, Pisa and Bologna airports are each within 2,5 hours.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Transfers can be arranged on request to and from the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Buses run frequently from Catiglione d'Orcia to Siena and Florence and there is a bus stop at the door of a bar very clost by to us.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Buonconvento(local trains) and Chiusi and Siena (high speed links to Rome, Florence, Milan, Pisa, Bologna etc).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  We accept small sized pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We serve only breakfast.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
