 Out of choice, the Hotel proposes exclusively a Bed & Breakfast package to allow our guests to explore the extraordinary cuisine of the local restaurants and cantinas. At San Simeone, breakfast is served in the main building in a spectacular room with many windows overlooking the Orcia Valley. A large balcony with tables and chairs, gives our guests the opportunity to enjoy their breakfast outdoors while gazing at the dreamlike hillsides of the landscape.

 The swimming pool which dominates and overlooks the Orcia Valley, will leave our guests breathless. Situated on the edge of a small cliff, the swimming pool is surrounded by century old olive trees, a terra cotta terrace with lawn chairs for relaxing and sunbathing, as well as sun umbrellas. The Hotel also provides bathrobes and towels. We also offer private cooking courses, in English too (the price is established on the number of people who participate). |

 Near the Hotel can be found many medieval villages, churches, monasteries and above all, the medieval town of Bagno Vignoni. Moreover, the Hotel is located in the famous Val d'Orcia in the heart of Brunello wine region where local wineries offer wine tasting. Sessions of wine testing can be organized as can unch and dinner, for groups in a typical restaurant in the centre of Rocca d'Orcia. Typical cuisine such as hand-made pastas, tuscan soups, chianina meat and all the vegetables and fruits you can find in Brunello, Chianti, Nobile and the excellent local wine. The village of Castiglione d'Orcia is just a 5 minute walk where you will find restaurants, pizzerias, a post office, bank machines, a supermarket, an ice cream parlour/bar, and a car-repair shop.
