• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time until 4pm, Check Out before 10am. In case of late arrival call the mobile phone indicated in the voucher. Mrs. Vita will give you the key and will take you to your accommodation.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if the office is open.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  No, there are no elevators - the apartments are T floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is not air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, but there is a living room in each apartment.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, it is open from May to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, at 5 Km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 50 Km, Siena 30 Km and Pisa 80 Km from the property.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Lecchi in Chianti.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Radda.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Siena.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
