 The B&B:
The bed and breakfast has 4 spacious, unusually large (45m2) with soft woodplank floors polished with beeswax, comfortable chairs and beautiful, jaw dropping views of the surrounding tuscan countryside and the medieval town of Montepulciano. If the weather doesn't allow you to be outside you can easily stay inside and enjoy the cosy feeling, the space and the peacefulness in front of the fireplace. The beds have thick natural fibre sheets, millet pillows and real wool blankets, you find poetry on the wall, and in every room there is a touch of the couples artistic talents- homemade soaps, paintings or drawings done by family members, wooden shelves designed by Antonio or lampshades created by Karin. |
 4 spacious bedrooms with breathtaking views of Montepulciano, the vineyards or the valley. Throughout the house as well as in all the rooms the couple have added their personal style using natural materials and simpleness with a casual flair. It's not minimalistic or detailed to perfection, simply and one feels immediately smitten by the charm and warm welcoming spirit that runs through-out he household. |
 Villa San Martino - 8/12 guests
From 2004 there is the possibility to rent the whole first and second floors of the Villa for a total of three suites and one double room (my family and I live at the ground floor). The suites are 40mē wide and so there is the possibility to add two beds in each of them and so accommodate a total of 12 persons. 10m in front of the Villa there is a building with a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. On the western side of the living room there is a terrace with view over Montepulciano, whilst on the eastern side a pergola with view over Val di Chiana and Umbria, the wide garden with fountain and the bio-pond. |
