• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10am until 5pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices indicated are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes for Room A and PK.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Four on the ground floor, four on the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the rooms of Podere San Lorenzo are situated in the most peaceful and relaxing surroundings.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All the apartments on the ground floor, and one on the first floor.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, the Franciscan church is our dining room. It can accommodate 20/25 persons.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is an "eco-swimming pool".
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a covered parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Volterra, 3 km.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Volterra, about 3 km far away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  In the sourrondings there are only olive trees.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Only at an hour's drive it is possible to reach Florence, Siena and Pisa.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence FLR, 65 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Colle Val d'Elsa, about 25 km.
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
