Accommodations

 The farmhouse of Podere San Lorenzo is situated in the most peaceful and relaxing surroundings. It is composed by eight apartments/bedrooms for 2/4 people with private bathroom, all very comfortable and furnished with typical old Tuscan artefacts. All rooms have central heating, telephone, bed with orthopedic mattress. Rooms I-IV are provided with TV socket. Almost all of the rooms are furnished with antique furniture.
Apt. I: double room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and kitchen on the ground floor, private terrace.
Apt. II: double room, bathroom with shower, living room with a sofa bed and kitchen. It is situated on the ground floor with private terrace.
Apt. III: it is bigger than the Apt. II and the spacious terrace has a panoramic view on the Montevoltraio.
Apt. I, Apt. II and Apt. III have the sofa bed for a third person. |
 Apt. IV: double room, living room with a sofa bed per two persons, spacious bathroom with shower, kitchen, covered terrace (on the first floor) with barbecue and a panoramic view (2/4 persons).
Apt. MK: an attic with a spacious living room, a nice kitchenette , bathroom with shower and panoramic surroundings.
Mini-Apt. A: double room on the upper floor with private bathroom. View on the Montevoltraio.
Apt. PK: double room situated on the ground floor with view on the Montevoltraio, and private bathroom. Direct access to the garden.
Apt. V: on ground floor with big double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette and a sofa that can be a double bed or 2 single beds, big private terrace with a wonderful view.
Apt. VI: on ground floor with double bedroom and living area with fireplace, bathroom with shower, kitchen, little private terrace facing the garden. |
