Villa Vigna Grande is a farm house, 1,5 km away from Saturnia, recently renovated and converted into a comfortable holiday accommodation. 3 apartments in the main farmhouse plus 2 small country houses on the grounds. All located in the beautiful countryside of Tuscany and just 1.5 km from the spa at Saturnia. Rent separately or together. From the house you can see the village of Saturnia's skyline with its medieval walls as well as the waters of the spa swimming pool. Vignagrande: 3 bedroom apartment
This is the largest of the 3 apartments in the main farmhouse on the Vignagrande estate, just 1.5 kilometers from Saturnia in the southern part of Tuscany and the famous spa, or terme di Saturnia. The apartment is located on the upper floor and is comprised of: loggia entrance; sitting-dining room with fireplace; kitchen-corner; 1 double bedroom; 2 twin bedrooms (2 beds each); 1 bathroom.
The entire apartment is very tastefully furnished in the typical style of farmhouses in Tuscany. You'll find exposed beams throughout. Access to the apartment is via an external staircase in travertine. On the landing you'll have views of Montemerano, the village of Saturnia and the spa. The sitting/dining room has a cozy fireplace and the apartment has centralized heating making it perfect accommodations all year round. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is complete with bathtub, sink, w.c. and bidet. In the garden in front of the farmhouse you'll find tables and chairs under the shade of a centuries old almond tree. |

Il Forno, which means oven in Italian was just that, the oven or bakery for the main farmhouse. It has been converted to a small country house, a mini-villa if you will. The walls are in stone and it has a typical cotto roof common to Tuscany. Inside you'll see large, exposed beams of chestnut. The country house is comprised of: covered veranda; 1 double bedroom; entrance w/ small kitchen; 1 bath w/shower. In front of the house is a covered verande where you can relax in the shade and enjoy the views of Southern Tuscany. The garden surrounding the house has tables and chairs where you can enjoy your time outside. You enter the house through a small kitchen.
