the apartment is on the ground floor (three steps to get in) on the front garden and it is suitable for up to four persons. You may find one double bedroom with one bathroom inside the same room, one large living/dining room with kitchen area (dishwasher and two electric hotplates), two single sofa beds, a private and furnished space in the garden.
Apartment S.L. 7 (max. 3 persons)
the apartment is on the ground floor (four steps to get in) and has 1 duoble bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 kitchen (with dishwasher and 2 electric hotplates), 1 living room, 1 bathroom with shower and a private and furnished terrace. |
 Apartment S.L. 4 (max. 4 persons)
the apartment is on the ground floor (three steps to get in) and it is suitable for up to four persons with one double bedroom one single sofa-bed, plus a bed for a child both in the livingroom. There are one bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, living room, and furnished terrace shared with apartment S.L.5.
Apartment S.L. 3 (max. 2 persons): a very nice and light apartment for two persons, on the ground floor (four steps to get in) with private and furnished terrace where you may have your meals. Here you have one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, one large living/dining/kitchen area (dishwasher and two electric hotplates).
Apartment S.L. 6 (max. 4 persons)
the apartment is on the ground floor ( (four steps to get in) and here you have 1 double bedroom, 1 double sofa bed, living/dining/kitchen area (with dishwasher and 2 electric hotplates), 1 bathroom with shower and a private and furnished terrace. |

the apartment is located on the first floor and it is suitable for 4/5 persons: one twin room, one double room plus single bed, two bathrooms with shower, living/dining/kithchen area (with dishwasher and 2 electric hotplates), private and furnished terrace.
Apartment S.L. 2 (max. 5 persons)
the apartment is located on the ground floor and it is suited for 4/5 persons: there is one double bedroom plus single bed, one twin room, one bathroom with shower, two livingrooms, kitchen (with dishwasher and 2 electric hotplates), and a private and furnished garden.
Apartment S.L. 5 (max. 6 persons): this apartment is inside the medieval tower, on the first floor with a fantastic view on Tuscany hills. It is for up to six persons and there are one twin bedroom, one double bedroom, two single sofa beds in the loft of the living/dining rooms, kitchen area with dishwasher and two electric hotplates, two bathrooms with shower. This apartment has a very nice furnished terrace to be shared with apartment S.L.4.
Apartment S.L. 10 (max. 3 persons): This first floor apartment is less sophisticated than the others but offers a very nice view. It is equipped with one double bedroom with ceiling fan, one single bedroom, living/dining room with kitchen corner (fridge, four electric hotplates, oven), one bathroom with shower. This apartment also features a private space in the garden with table and chairs. Please note that this apartment has not air conditioned.
Beddings and towels included and changed weekly, extra change is available upon request. Water and electricity are included. For a baby cot please ask in advance. Heating and air conditioning are not included in the prices as well as the final cleaning. |
