We were very happy with the Agriturismo Sanguineto. The staff, location and facilities are excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Wonderful location, easy to get to Tuscan hill towns on day trips. Best view of any Agritourismo we saw in all of Tuscany.

no one was at Sanguinetto to meet us. But this was not a problem as we had been 2 years earlier so we knew what to do / where to go

we had to find the owner to check out, but this was not a problem.

This holiday is for people who want a restful time in a really beautiful area. Not really for young children.(swimming pool s too deep)
No shops close by (nearest 2 miles away)

More information would be beneficial. This Agriturismo has excellent accommodation and a fantastic setting (although I suspect that the latter comment is relevant for much of Tuscany!).

Charismatic, welcoming Agriturismo with beautiful setting close to Montepulciano. Very good standard of accommodation, would be ideal for families with small children, but would also suit others just as well. High recommended.

There was nobody in reception when we arrived and we had to go and find him ourselves. Our room was not ready until 5pm, one hour after we arrived, 2 hours after the agreed time of arrrival, 3pm.

The vineyard & olive groves & view were exquisite. The apartment more than spacious & well equipped. Very friendly staff. Only exception was that the walls are thin and the persons staying next to us arrived at 4am and were extremely loud. I had to get out of bed at 5am and knock on their door. They did not answer but quickly quieted down.

The owners were very nice and helpful. However, the property was very noisy as we could hear all the people in the adjoining properties. There seemed to be no sound proofing between properties - we could hear their televisions, hear them speaking, hear them moving chairs when they got up from the table, everything! Also, we were not told about the road next to the property which is noisy if your flat is on that side. However, the staff were helpful and tried to move us to a different flat away from the road. But we could still hear our neighbours!
The owner was very helpful in providing more sun unbrellas when we asked him.
But we were told the pool is 19 metres long and on this basis booked the accommodation as we are keen swimmers and like a large pool. It is not 19 metres long but more like 17 metres.

We didn't have a formal check out. I'm still not sure how much we have been charged. No one has contacted us.

You should include the ariel photograph showing the road next to the front of the property.
You should indicate that Italian properties do not have very good sound insulation.
You should state the actual size of the pool.
