  Prices are per room/apartment.

• Can we settle the bill on arrival?

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground floor and 1st floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of them are quiet and have particular characteristics.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some apartments have there own outside eating area, but there is a communal terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?

• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

  Florence and Siena are an hour away. Pisa is 2 hours.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Acquaviva is 2 km away. Montepulciano 4 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Perugia airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Montepulciano.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Chiusi is on the main line from Florence to Rome.
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?

  Yes, this is payable at the end of your stay depending on how many units you have used.
