the staff at San Giustino was the most polite staff i have experienced in any country i have traveled to. they were beyond courteous, the restaurant manager was one of the nicest people we have ever met. he gave a faulous presentation and treated us like royalty. it wasnt fake, it was just their culture. we spent 5 days in rome and only 3 in tuscany, if we were to do it all over, we would have gone straight to this gorgeous, strategically located oasis.

San Giustino was excellent! We will return when we come back to Tuscany! It was better than expected...a beautiful property. The breakfast, the staff, the views, the facilities and the rooms were all great!

The only item we were not happy about paying for was that the hotel charged us 6 euros to borrow towels for the swimming pool. This information was not given to us when we picked up the towels. The checkout process itself was fast and efficient.

The directions need to be a little more specific once you reach the city of Sinalunga. We got lost twice trying to find the signs mentioned on the website.

Perfect place to stay in Tuscany. It was in a perfect location, close to the highway, yet close to the small Tuscan cities. The views are amazing from the hotel rooms and the grounds were in wonderful shape. The restaurant on the site has excellent food and service. We will be returning to this location!

Perfect- like a dream. Wonderful place to have your base in Tuscany...close to all of the cities you would want to visit. Food was great and the service was excellent. I would stay there every year.

Regarding directions to San Giustino, I ranked it 'very clear' because I had been there before. My relatives who came separately had a very difficult time finding San Giustino.

If you're planning a trip to Tuscany and plan to explore the cities and towns therein, stay at San Giustino -- in addition to being well-situated, it is a beautiful, well-appointed property, and the owners and staff are absolutely great!

We were under the impression, from the internet site, that Mimosa had internet access but it only worked at the hotel and not at Mimosa.

I have only two comments:
1 - Prices were not clearly displayed anywhere for the additional items. For example drinks at the bar or brekfast.
2 - The website mentions laundry facitilies but when I asked there was some confusion as to whether they were available. The staff sorted out a solution but these facilites were very important to me as I was travelling with 3 children and it was one of the reasons I picked San Guistino.
