 The villa where our center has its premises, has been divided into three differents living units, each completely independent one from the other, Brezza, Athena e Stella.
Casale Mimosa - 8 guests
The "Casale Mimosa" is an exceptionally well restored two storey ancient Tuscan stone farmhouse in a superb panoramic location and capable of accommodating up to eight guests. The ground floor includes a dining room, enormous living room with fireplace, a kitchen with an outdoor terrace, a guest bathroom, a master bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite; on first floor the accommodation consist of two master bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with twin beds, each of these with their own private en-suite bathrooms. |
 Apartment Athena - 5 guests
Athena is an apartment of 120mē with independent garden and five beds. It covers one floor and is elegantly and comfortably furnished. It is made up of a kitchen with breakfast area, a living-dining room, a double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a single bedroom, two bathrooms with shower, one which is also suitable for guests with disabilities. There is a terrace from which you can admire the breathtaking view of the valley and park. |
 Apartment Brezza - 4 guests
Brezza is the smallest of the three apartments, though at 95mē it is not exactly small. It is situated on the second floor of the main villa and has a marvellous view over the surrounding panorama. Although it is in the highest part of the house, this does not mean you will be deprived of moments in the open air: there is a panoramic terrace where you can spend your afternoon relaxing in peace. The apartment is made up of a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a twin-bedroom, all elegantly and carefully furnished. |
 Apartment Stella - 6 guests
Stella overlooks the beautiful park surrounding the villa, it has two floors and beds for six people. It's the biggest of the three apartments at 220mē. On the ground floor it has a big living room with frescoed walls and original decorations of the 18th century, a dining room with a fireplace, a bathroom and a kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast area. The night area is on the first floor, with two double bedrooms and one with twin beds, two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath, and a study room. The choice of the furniture mirrors the main characteristics of the structure and is distinguished by the antique pieces which are perfectly suitable to the style of the apartment. |
 Junior Suites and Suites
The Suite and the Junior Suite situated in the main building of the property have been renewed in the course of the last year. Various for type and colours, they join simplicity and elegance, beyond that for all the comforts of which they are equipped: satellite TV, Jacuzzi bathtub or shower, Internet socket, telephone, frigo bar and stereo system. |
