The owners had to make special arrangements for us as we arrived on the Sunday and not the Saturday which is the expected arrival day. The owner had been held up in traffic and was therefore not there. The phone number we had was for the property so there was no-one to answer it.

Very good quality of accommodation. There was also a groundsman on duty most days who maintained the grounds to a very high standard.

There were 3 children in our party of 7. The security of the grounds and accomodation were excellent in every respect. Also the continuous maintenance of the grounds and cleaning of the swimming pool kept the location in very good condition and safe for the children. We will revisit!

Set in the Tuscan countryside providing safe, clean, comfortable accomodation with highest quality grounds and swimming pool. The daily attendance of the Director to the location and his attention to detail is an indicator of his interest in providing an excellent trouble free stay at this location.

The directions to San Giorgio weren't very clear once you arrive into Santa Luce.

It would be good to put something in the instructions about the reception being located near the swimming pool as we were a little confused as to where to go. Also the form said we could pay by Visa but in fact they preferred cash as there was no phone there for them to ring and check our details. Also a list of what to do re using the barbeque facilities and also where to take the garbage. We worked this all out but after the first day there wasn't anyone on the staff who could speak english to answer our queries.

The place was excellent. The rooms were very pleasant and the surrounding countryside beautiful. They have done a terrific job decorating the rooms and also providing extras like a playground for children and hammocks and tables in the bush for quiet times. A electric fan would have been a bonus and a toaster and perhaps they could provide dishwashing detergent but otherwise everything was great.

We chose this place because of our 3 young children and the need for a pool. It turned out to be an excellent choice.

A wonderful farmstay complete with a pool to relax by. Our apartment was spacious and very tastefully decorated. Staff were friendly. We were in a second floor apartment and the view from the window and the peace of the tuscany evenings were fantastic. It was a bit hot during the day sometimes but with the windows open it was bearable. We would definitely go back if we have the chance.
