• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A small Italian breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors, but we do not have the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet and private rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In each room there is a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there is air conditioning, and there is no extra charge and it is seasonal.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A free parking and a private garage are available, only 5 minutes from us.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We provide a car service.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 70 Km, Siena 115 Km, Pisa 28 Km, Viareggio 25 Km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa and Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do have a car service on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  200 meters from our guest house.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Lucca Centrale railway station, 10 minutes from our guest house.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
