San Frediano Guest House is situated in the pedestrian area of Lucca. Special events are organised at the theatre del Giglio, where you can spend some pleasant moments. In the town, you can visit some interesting museums and historic buildings, such as the museum "della Cattedrale", "Palazzo Guinigi", "Pinacoteca Mansi", "Puccini House", "Palazzo Pfanner", "Boccherini House" and "Palazzo Ducale". In the centre of Lucca there are many good restaurants and pizzerias, where you can taste the local cuisine with its typical dishes: restaurant Locanda Di Bacco, Vineria i Santi, Trattoria da Gigi or Buca di San Antonio are just few examples. Summer and winter festival Puccini takes place in Lucca, so that you can spend some pleasant and relaxing moments during your stay. Lucca is situated in an ideal position in Tuscany, to visit Florence or Pisa and the small and lovely villages of the country near Siena.
