• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a Buffet Breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English and German
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors (ground-floor, 1st and 2nd floor) and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of them are very characteristic and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided by the property, included swimming pool towels which can be supplied upon request by paying an extra charge.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one apartment on the first floor.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do, because all apartments, rooms and common indoor areas are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite TV and HI-FI system in all the apartments.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct phone line in every apartment.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is and you have to pay a weekly extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There are 3 pools, 2 for adults and a smaller one for kids, plus a Jacuzzi pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Poggibonsi or directly at the property.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  You can find all kinds of shops in Barberino Val d'Elsa
  (2km) and several Supermarkets in Poggibonsi (6 km)
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 32 km; Siena 35 km; Pisa 85 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Barberino Val d'Elsa (2 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence (45 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange it on request, at extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  300 mt from the resort.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Poggibonsi, 6 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Small outdoor Jacuzzi pool.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
