 San Filippo is a newly restored 1789 self contained farmhouse, located on a hilltop overlooking the green hills of vineyards and olive groves. You will admire a breathtaking 360° panorama from the three different levels terraces immersed in typical Chianti setting. Wine and organic olive oil own production by San Filippo. Wine bar for snacks, drink, light lunches on the panoramic main terrace. |
 Restaurant & Bar
Our private restaurant (100 seats) sets in the magnificent Orangery overlooking the Italian Garden, featuring Tuscan cuisine thanks to our chef Pier Angelo, prominent member of the "Slow-Food Organisation". Wine tasting (in the old wine cellar) and cooking Courses are available on request (minimum number of participants required). We cater for guests requiring Bed and Breakfast (Buffet breakfast, Tuscan home made food) served in the breakfast hall and on the terrace; as well as Half Board service. |
 Banqueting Facilities
Do not forget we are specialised in wedding banquets and also bear in mind the nearby exquisite 10th century Parish church of Sant'Appiano for the ceremony itself.
Activities on the Resort
Three swimming pools and a Jacuzzi built into the lower terraces, water falling one into the other are available for all our guests. Mountain bike riding is at guests' disposal. Wine tasting and cooking classes are organised on request to experience something different during your stay. |
 The reception is open from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm.
The apartments are well furnished and equipped with: air-conditioning, central heating, Satellite TV, DVD Player, Modem phone jack, direct phone, Internet Access, microwave, hairdryer and HIFI System. All our apartments are non smoking and we can arrange a room cleaning services. If you want our staff will be delighted to organise a transfer from and to the main airports on request, at extra charge. |

Some of the most interesting and lovely Tuscan towns are not far from the villa: Florence is about 28 km away, Siena 32 km and typical restaurants and Pizzerias in the nearest village of Barberino Val d'Elsa (2 km) or Tavarnelle Val di Pesa (4km). Chemists, banks, churches, cafés, food and wine shops are available for our guests, to spend a nice and interesting stay in Tuscany. |
