• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm until 7pm, Check Out before 11.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per accommodation for up to 2 or 4 (when indicated) guests per night. If more then 2 guests then there is an additional cost.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Almost all apartments are at first floor, the Castelvecchio flat is at the second floor and La Vigna is at the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet and private rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have, but we prefer if you do not smoke.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is not, but there is a television in the tavern.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a tavern, where we serve breakfast and dinner.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is and it is open all year around.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available in the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can help you.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are in San Gimignano.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are all around the property.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 50 km, Siena 35 km and Pisa 65 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Gimignano 4 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze 50 km, Pisa 65 km, Siena 35 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have this, but we can book a taxi for you.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  San Gimignano 4 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Poggibonsi 13 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is on request.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not at the moment.
