Beautiful entrance to the hotel and the lobby was very inviting. The room was large and comfortable despite the heat. The only down side was the absence of an elevator since one in our party was elderly. But the stairs were not steep and had solid railings.

Because of the one way system in Orbetello, you need to print a larger and much more detailed set of directions to locate this hotel. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room and location in the hotel was superb and I would definitely stay there again.

The reception staff took the time to physically take me to the parking area, rather than simply give me directions.

Responses to e-mail requests was always almost immediate.

There were several stages in the reservation request process. I thought I had nade the booking at least twice before receiving the important final confirmation.

San Biagio is not so easy to find by car the first time.

We were not asked or informed about the car parking facilities on arrival. Street parking was difficult.
There was no lockable safety deposit box available.

There is an excellent restaurant close-by, and others availble in Orbotello. This could be mentioned on the web info.

Very good relaxing hotel, interesting building, within easy walking of the town and all facilities. Not disturbed by the Orbetello tourists.

I'm not sure if they actually serve breakfast there. If so, we weren't informed and it wasn't obvious even though there is a nice dining area

The hotel had just opened and some services were not available (spa, etc.) Nonetheless, the staff was excellent and we would return.

I would recommend the Relais San Biagio enthusiastically.
