• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: saturday between 04.00 and 07.00 pm.
  Check-out: saturday before 09.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French and litlle Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Some apartments are on 1st and 2nd floor. No elevator
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels (except those for swimming-pool) are provided and changed weekly.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All the apartments have a private outdoor ground or a private garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All the apartments have a private outdoor ground or a private garden.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, every apartment has a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Many apartments have sitting room with fireplace, during the summer time this could be organised in the garden by good weather.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have two swimming pools.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Large private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Pisa or Florence airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Grocery store at 500 m. Supermarket and grocery stores in Montaione, 4 km.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Montaione is a wine region, several vineyards nearby.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  San Gimignano 25km, Volterra 35km, Pisa 60km, Lucca 60km,
  Florence 55km, Siena 55km and Viareggio (Seaside) 85km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Montaione, 4 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa 60km and Florence 50km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Montaione.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Castelfiorentino 15km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, Trattoria Casa Masi (closed on Monday).
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
