You don't mention on the website that podere San Bartolo is situated on a fairly busy road through Barberino.Therefore the rooms on the road side were more noisy than expexted,but this is the only comment we can give.The rest was perfect !

We had enormous difficulty finding the Villa as we found the directions very confusing and vague.

I feel more precise details about reaching the property - particularly in relationship to surrounding small villages - would be extremely helpful and appreciated. The ability to walk into the adjoining town to purchase all necessities - as well as enjoy the personal interaction of doing so - was a wonderful bonus for us.

In glowing terms - we had a wonderful stay and would love to return one day.

Podere was a great place with one exception: two bedrooms were directly on a major road so traffic noice was a problem for people sleeping in those rooms.

Nicely renovated, great view from back terrace, but 2 bedrooms suffer from traffic noise mostly in the morning.
