  All accommodations, Check In from 10am until 5pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.

  There are two floors but we do not have elevator.

  No, they do not.

  Yes, all B&B is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

  B&B is situated in the center of Siena, Florence 70 km and Pisa 160 km.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
