• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 3pm until 9pm.
  Check-out: before 10.30 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are always per room/apartment
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A large buffet breakfast is always included in the price. We serve a selection of jams (also biological jams), honey, cereals, two types of Juice, fresh water, cioccolat cream, salami and cheese, fresh fruit....coffee, milk and teas.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Generally our Guests prefere to settle at departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and a little French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors, no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are very quiet and romantic (some with balcony or a particolar view over the countryside).
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are always provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Just a few of them. Our large garden and the panoramic pool are well furnished with extra tables and chairs.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Just one of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We ask people not to smoke in the rooms/apartments (there is a non smoking symbol in all the accommodations).
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No tv in rooms/apartments. We have a common room with TV with international Channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes all the rooms/apartments have a private phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No air conditioning. In all bedrooms there is a cealing fan.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No. In San Casciano Val di Pesa there is the nearest Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, beautifully located in the garden with lovely panorama.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Free parking here in Salvadonica.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Florence is the nearest place.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Just 1 Km away (almost half a mile), some of them open also Sundays.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  We are in the middle of a vineyard. Possibility of tours in the vicinity.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is 18Km, Siena is 45Km and Pisa 50Km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Mercatale is 1Km away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport - Pisa is almost same time.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Mercatale Val di Pesa.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, there is an extra charge of Euro 20 for final cleaning.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
