• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price (except for the apartment). Our formula is "bed & brunch".
  A full breakfast is served from 9.00 to 11.00 in the private kitchen in our part of the house.
  We offer generous helpings of bread, honey, home-made marmelade and cakes as well as local ham and cheese.
  
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the price of the room/apartment.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is one floor and we do not have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, they are very quiet, very private and very romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels as well as bath-robe are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Our rooms and apartment are all non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is not: share satellite TV is only in the living area.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there isn't.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning at no extra-charge in all rooms and apartment.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have WiFi internet access facilities.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a swimming pool with salt water. It is open from May till October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Siena is 27 km, Florence is 80 km, Pisa is 100 km from the property.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Nearest village is Buonconvento, nearest town Siena.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Siena and Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Buonconvento.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Buonconvento.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
