 The Villa is located at the foot of cortona's hill, less than 3 km away from Cortona. Here, a part from the city itself you can visit picture-gallery where we can find several paintings of Luca Signorelli, Pietro Berrettini, Beato Angelico and some other important painters. We can also find the Etruscan-Egyptian museum. The city is full of restaurants and shops. Of course you can also find everything you may need for your daily life, such as bank, post office, supermarkets and so on.
There are also several important art cities located within short distance from the villa such as: Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino the city of the wine Brunello, Arezzo, Florence, Perugia, Assisi, the Trasimeno lake and less than 2 hours by car the Tuscan sea. |
