    Check-in: between 04.00 pm and 08.00 pm.
    Check-out: within 10.00 am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Prices are per apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No.

    No.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Guests can rent the ground floor which has and independent entrance at 20m from the swimming pool which is shared with the owners as well as the garden. The two owners live at the first floor of the villa.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, all rooms.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    All linens and towels are supplied by the property.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    There are 2 loggias and the garden.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    None.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, but no satellite tv.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    The walls are so thick that there is non need of air conditioning.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Yes, from May until September, upon an extra surchage it can be open in October. The swimming pool is shared with the two owners as well as the garden.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    In Camucia, 12 km away.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes.

    Yes.
