All accommodations, Check In from midday until 4pm, Check Out before 11am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?

Breakfast is included in the price and it is a continental breakfast but it is possible to have a full English breakfast. - Is heating included in the price?

The languages spoken are Italian, English and Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
