 Rugapiana Bed and Breakfast and Apartments offers different kind of accommodation, from simple rooms to apartments equipped with kitchenettes. Every apartment is furnished with antique pieces of furniture, whereas the kitchenettes and bathrooms are modern and comfortable. Rooms are double rooms with bathroom and shower, mini bar, hot drink and satellite television.
There are two-rooms apartaments composed by a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, a living room and kitchenettes. Three-rooms apartments are composed of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower a living room and a kitchenettes. All apartaments have washing machine and satellite TV set. |

It is a two-rooms apartment on the first floor for 2 persons (34 sq.m.) with 1 living-room, 1 kitchenette, satellite TV set, double room and bathroom with shower (with a washing-machine).

It is a double room for 2 persons, 23 square meters for 1 double room with bathroom and shower, mini bar, hot drinks and satellite TV set. |

It is for 2 persons, on 23 square metres. It is a double room with bathroom and shower, mini bar, hot drinks and satellite TV set.
"Vicolo del Baccano" + "Vicolo del Pozzo Tondo"
It allows you to have a three-room apartment on the second floor for 4 persons (60 square meters) composed of 1 living-room with kitchenette, two double rooms, two bathrooms with shower (washing machine, satellite TV set, hot drinks and refrigerator). |

It is for two persons, 23 square meters: a double room and bathroom with shower, mini bar, hot drinks, small terrace, air conditioning and satellite TV set.
"Vicolo del Precipizio" + "Vicolo della Luna" is a three-room apartment on the third floor for 4 persons, 60 square meters: 1 living-room with kitchenette, two double rooms and two bathrooms with shower.

Fourth floor
Top floor Attic "Vicolo della Scala"
It is a two room apartment for 2 persons, 35 square meters. There are 1 living room, kitchenette, satellite TV set, fireplace, large terrace with a wonderful view of Valdichiana, 1 double room, bathroom and shower. The Attic is also equipped with washing-machine and air conditioning. |
 Depandance "Cortona Vacanze"
Located in the very heart of town only 10 metres away from the main building this stately annexe was renovated in pure Tuscan style. Its rooms are reminiscent of the style of country gentlemen's dwellings from the days of yore with private spaces, three bedrooms and shared rooms, two living rooms where we tried to preserve the original historical atmosphere whilst providing guests with the greatest privacy. Particular attention was paid to colours and mouldings and the greatest care was taken in the selection of original furnishings and drapery from sumptuous periods.
The Main Lounge
The lounge is located on the lower floor and provides and ideal space for guests wishing to sit back and relax sipping a cup of tea or a coffee as well as the perfect location for relaxing dinners and lunches prepared on the convenient fully-equipped kitchen island against the backdrop of a refined lounge with finely tinted walls, painted mouldings and valuable furnishings; the room is topped-off by a large open fire-place for relaxing moments. You will love the small terrace providing a charming outdoor space looking out over a private courtyard.
Babi Room
Another nice surprise specially reserved for the guests of the "Rugapiana Vacanze" annexe is this corner where comfortably sitting in period sofas and chairs you will be able to see pictures bearing testimony to the development of Cortona throughout recent history and note down your thoughts or travel notes on an antique writing desk. |
