• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included, and it is a buffet one.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We prefer you to pay at the check out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors, and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only 2 suites have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  The swimming pool is open from 8.30 to 22.00.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking reserved only for the Hotel guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Chianciano.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  No, there are not.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, near the Hotel 4 km far.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 100 km, Siena 55 km
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  It is Torrita di Siena, 5 km far. Then there is Pienza (12 km), Montepulciano (km 15), Cortona (km 35), Arezzo (km 40).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze, 100 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Torrita di Siena, 5 km far.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Torrita di Siena, 5 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have Jacuzzi and Sauna (extra charge).
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes only on request we have only 2 suite for pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a restaurant with Tuscan cooking and wine list typical of Tuscany.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
