The check in could have been a lot better. The apartment does not have a reception and the numbers displayed were not answered. We should have been directed to a place that has permanent representation. The parking is also confusing for first time visitors. ... The balcaony was a highlight for us - to the extent that I could have spent the full duration of the holiday there! ... Once again, not having a permanent reception area is clumsy and they should direct check-ins and outs to the farm. ... A stunning experience living in the town with the most amazing views. A place I could easily go back to.

The property was just as we expected, but we were disappointed that only one of the two bedrooms was available for us to use. We paid for a two bedroom apartment, and although there were only two of us, we expected both bedrooms to be available so that we could choose the one we preferred. In addition there was a strange smell in the downstairs toilet. The only other problem was that we were disturbed 3 or 4 times by people ringing the doorbell thinking that the sign on the door meant that we could arrange accommodation for them. ... The only thing that I think you should include is the information that the Santa Fina apartment is on two floors and has stairs to the 2nd bedroom, the terrace and the bathroom. ... San Gimignano is a beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay at the Santa Fina apartment. The accommodation was very good and the receptionist, Francesco, was extremely helpful and friendly. The views from the terrace are excellent and the screening at the back provides privacy from the restaurant next door. We would recommend the apartment to friends and are considering returning ourselves.
