 "Agriturismo Villa Rosselmini" is at the bottom of a small and ancient Village called Calci, surrounded by the hills that divide Pisa from Lucca, closed to the major artistic towns in Tuscany (twenty Km to Lucca, ten to Pisa, 50 to Florence.) and also closed to the seaside (15 Km.). Calci is a typical rural village and testifies the life in he countryside of the end of the 19th century. |
 Our farmhouse is surrounded by 20 hectares of fields where you can walk and where we produce hard wheat and olive oil. Though the Agriturismus is part of a bigger estate situated in Calcinaia where we grow sugar beets, sunflowers, and hard wheat. |
 The main body is composed of a 18th century Villa where I live with my family the whole year; it has been restructured in the 19th century to the actual looking. Attached to the Villa, are two big farms buildings, where are located the apartments and house of the agriturismus. |
 The whole complex ends with a little but cute chapel that you can see in the photo. A priest of the family called "canonico Rosselmini" 1870 aprox inhabited one of the buildings. We have also three apartments in farm building, called Casa Pascolo a hundred meters away.
