Facilities within the Estate

The apartments we let are situated in old houses carefully restructured in an ancient stile though have modern facilities; they are furnished with
ancient Tuscan stile. All the apartments are independent, have their kitchen or kitchenette with oven or microwave, bedrooms and bathroom all the apartments on equipped with color TV.

Swimming Pool: We have a 13 x 6 metres swimming pool with a beautiful solarium. All the apartments have freeaccess and use of it; the swimming pool is open from June to September.

We have a paying washing machine available to all the guests. We rent mountain bike. In the garden, where you can stay and relax yourself, there are children's game as swing. In the garden there is also a new grill with a spacious barbecue area.

Facilities Outside the Estate

For those who like sports, Calci offers 800 meters from us a tennis club, foot or bike trekking on the hills surrounding the valley, golf courses at 20 km away.

Calci has many artistic attraction; the best known is a Marvellous Certosa of the eighteen century where the monks were living till 1980; it has been now transformed into a natural history museum worth seeing especially with Children. Up the hills you can find little homely restaurant, called trattorie, and you can enjoy the fresh air of the hills after sunbathing at the seaside or in the swimming pool. The Village of Calci offers tennis course and swimming pool, foot or bike trekking up the hills, and many artistic attraction.

In General: Our property is located 500 meters from the village of Calci (you can walk from here), where you can find a supermarket (open monday to saturday from 08.00 am to 08.00 pm) and shops for you basic needs. There is also a post office, a bank, a pharmacy, and many restaurants up in the hills and also in the centre of the village.
