Il Rosolaccio was a fantastic experience. The beautiful, peaceful, well maintained, sparkling clean environment made our visit to Tuscany a wonderful adventure. The dinner available was terrific, top-shelf quality, casual, relaxing and a wonderful way to finish the day. The pool was refreshing after a long day of touring. One day my daughter sent my wife and me off alone so she could have some private down time by the pool reading and relaxing while we continued with the visiting tourist activities. The hosts - Ingred and Inga (Spelling?) were very accomodating and helpful with ideas for exploring the area and getting to distant locations. We would definately return, but I think early reservations will be necessary as the number of return patrons will keep Il Rosolaccio a popular villa.

Staff was warm and friendly, the property is very quiet. The dinners were a pretty good deal compared to local places to dine. My wife cried when we had to leave.

OMG. Great value. Wonderfull and relaxing. One of the best views from a pool we have seen anywhere in the world, ranks right up there with a pool looking down on the great rift valley.

Il Rosolaccio was exactly what we were looking for in a Tuscan holiday. We would like to return and plan to stay longer next time. Maybe, we'll bring some friends.

We had some trouble getting on the correct superstrada from Florence, upon re-reading the directions, it was clearer, but the turn off came sooner than expected, so some mileage marker would help. Also, the directions regarding going around San Gimangiano need to identify the city -- it needs to say something like 'once you get to San Gimingina, you then skirt the walled city ... etc.

The food was delicious, we had 2 dinners there. The staff and owner,Ingrid, were extremely nice and very helpful with directing us for day trips. Ingrid had maps and brochures to help us. The view is beautiful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I received excellent directions to the villa but I had e-mailed Rosolaccio directly.

Our son had been there on his honeymoon so we new it would be lovely.

A lovely restful experience with many attractions close by. The available dinners in the evening were a welcome plus after a day of touring. Ingrid and Inka were most helpful and welcoming.

This was one of the places we stayed at that really felt like home. The food was wonderful and we wish we stayed longer. The people were also so friendly and great. We will be coming back!

Restaurant needs improvement on variety of offered services. Breakfast should be better than offered (not good value for money).
