From Florence: The quickest way to reach us by car from northern Italy is to leave the highway A1 at the Firenze Certosa, exit and join the motorway Florence-Siena. At the Poggibonsi Nord Exit head for San Gimignano. Skirt the city walls and take the road to Certaldo, after 6 km the road begins to straighten out. By the 8th km you will reach a low point between the hills, just before the white bridge at the road sign 'Il Rosolaccio' make a sharp right turn and drive up to 'Il Rosolaccio'.
From Pisa: Take the motorway Pisa-Firenze until you reach the Empoli Ovest exit at Ponte a Elsa. From Ponte a Elsa head to Certaldo on SS 429 road. Drive through Certaldo and follow the road sign San Gimignano. After 5 km you will see a small, red, road's company building on the left, cross over the white bridge and turn immediately left at the sign 'Il Rosolaccio', this country road will take you up to 'Il Rosolaccio'. |
