• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in and Check out on request. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.

  The prices are per room/apartment price per week.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Double bedrooms, with breakfast, per day price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors with out lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our property is very romantic and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, all linens and towels provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Iris on the ground floor with its own patio.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
