Romitorio di Serelle is a truly wonderful place. The renovation is perfect, a great authentic feel to the rooms with basic modern facilities to make it very comfortable. The gardens and grounds are very well kept, and the swimming pool must be a big plus in summer[ we were there in the rainy autumn]. Furthermore, the on-house resturant is very good, if a little expensive.

THE OWNERS/STAFF WERE FABULOUS(SO WAS THE FOOD AND WINE!!)_

I ALREADY TOLD THEM IT WAS TOO FANTASTIC TO PUT INTO WORDS, AND THE PICTURES DON'T DO IT JUSTICE. THE EXTRA EFFORTS BY THE STAFF/OWNERS MADE THE STAY UNFORGETTABLE (WE WILL BE BACK!)

While we were having a glass of fine Chianti Classico all paper work have been done and afterwards we were escorted to our premises! Friendly and polite at the same time!

Once we found the house, we were delighted, not only with the beauty of the surroundings, but with the lovely house, grounds, and accomodations. There was a charming and deliscious restaurant on premises, and the staff and management were more than courteous. The view was phenomenal.

The location of the Villa, on top of a mountain afforded spectacular views in all directions. The swimming pool was set on the mountain, and although the weather was too cool for swimming, the ambience of it's location was both restful and spectacular.

We are talking about bringing friends back next year...
