• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
  Check-out: within 10.00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included. You can have a continental breakfast on request.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you will settle the bill at the departure day.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  10 apartments are at the ground floor, 5 are at the first floor but they have a private outdoor area.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, of course.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All apartments are provided with bed, bath and kitchen linen included in the price. We also rent swimming-pool towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  All apartments have a private outdoor area or a private garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one apartment has a balcony but some apartments have a private "loggia".
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, no smoking room available.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV sat in every apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there isn't.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a restaurant at disposal of the guests.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, 8x16 mt.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Florence airport or Pisa airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are grocieries and supermarket in Castellina in Chianti (8 Km) and in Poggibonsi (11 Km).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  All around the property.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence Km 30; Siena Km 25; Pisa Km 90.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Castellina in Chianti (8 Km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Poggibonsi.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Poggibonsi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes. Reservation on daily request. Tuscan typical cuisine.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
