• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 02.00 pm.
  Check-out: before 11.00 am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, is included. Continental Breakfast is served.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 2 floors with out lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our "House" is quiet, romantic and very private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, all the linens are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, two rooms with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, Satellite Tv with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all the rooms with direct telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, free of charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, in our garden.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, free parking available inside.
• Where can we rent a car?
  200 mt from the Villa.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 64 km; Siena 134 km; Pisa 25 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pisa Airport, 30 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just in front of the Villa.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Lucca.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a jacuzzi in the garded during summer time.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No. But 30 meters away there is a "Osteria".
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
