- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Price is per the Castle. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No. - Is heating included in the price?
Heating is not included in the winter - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Bill cannot be settled on arrival. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, French, Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
The ground floor and the first floor and there is not a lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, linens and towels are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?

Parking is available 5 minutes from the Castle. - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car in Viareggio. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Grocery stores and supermarkets are downhill 2km - Are there vineyards nearby?
Plenty of olive groves, vineyards are in Chianti 130 km - How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?

Nearest village apart from Monteggiori is Capezzano Pianore 2 km and Camaiore 4 km. - Which is the nearest airport?
