- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check-in from 15.00 to 19.00.
Check-out before 10.00 am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Daily prices per room and apartment. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No. - Is heating included in the price?
No. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak Italian, English and German. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are two floors. We do not have elevator but the first floor is easy to reach through a comfortable stair. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes. Each room is independent. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
All linen and towels are provided. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No in the farmhouse Podere Ristella.
Yes in the apartment in Roccatederighi. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
All of our rooms are non-smoking. There are plenty of areas around the farm complex where guests may smoke. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes satellite TV. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
There is no airconditioning at either property. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Internet and E-Mail point are available on request.
- Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Not yet. Available during 2004. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes. - Where can we rent a car?
Grosseto 30 km. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes. - Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes. - How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
125 km, 65 km, 120 km respectively. - Which is the nearest village or town?
Montemassi 3 km, Ribolla 3 km, Grosseto 30 km, Follonica 30 km, Massa Marittima 20 km. - Which is the nearest airport?
Pisa 120 km and Firenze 125 km. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
On the main road (Via Meleta sud less than 1 km). - Which is the nearest railway station?
Grosseto 30 km. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?

No, but it is possible from the property.
