• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 6pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Weekly price per apartment and daily price per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes. For room it is included. For apartment it can be offered on request.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes for room, but for apartment, it is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  First, second and ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We believe the whole lay-out of the property is quite romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided by the farmhouse and included in the price.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes. Apartment N°5 for 4 guests has a terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  From June 2007, a panoramic swimming pool with views on the "Gole dell'Orcia" will be available for our guests. At 5 km from the farmhouse there is swimming pool with thermal water.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Siena, Chiusi, Pisa or Florence (Hertz, Avis etc.).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there is a grocery shop at 5 km (S.Quirico d'Orcia).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, 5 hectares, around the farm house.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence 110 km, Siena 50 km, Pisa 180 km.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  In S.Quirico d'Orcia 5 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Perugia airport 100 km , Florence airport 110 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In S.Quirico d'Orcia (5 km).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Siena 50 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
