 Our Products (Wine and Olive Oil):
La Fattoria di Ripa d'Orcia gets its name from the Castle of Ripa d'Orcia which has been the heart of the farm since the 13th century. In 1484 the farm was acquired by the noble Sienese family, Piccolomini, who are the present owners.
On its 300 hectares the fattoria has been producing fine wines and superb extra virgin olive oil for centuries combining the family traditions with modern methods of production. It is possible to purchase the farm produce. |
 Parking: Parking area is available outside the outer walls.
Restaurant: We offer excellent meals for our guests: various typical Tuscan dishes.
Banquet room: Banquet hall seating max 60 persons.
Bike Rental: bicycles can be rented in S. Quirico D'Orcia.
Swimming Pool: from June 2007, a panoramic swimming pool with views on the "Gole dell'Orcia" is available for our guests. |

 Other entertainment such as tennis, swimming pool (with thermal water) are in the nearby (5km).
One day tours: The surrounding areas are all highly recommended to spend a outdoor trip either by car: the magnificent city of Siena (45 km), Montalcino with its Brunello cellars (20 km), Castiglione d'Orcia with its fortress (10 km), Pienza cheese making capital of Tuscany (15km), S.Quirico d'Orcia with the thermal spa Bagno Vignoni (5km).
Trekking: For those who enjoy trekking there are stunning strolls and paths around the castle that allow you to explore the untouched nature of the Val d'Orcia Park.
