 All the apartments of the farmhouse, which is located in a panoramic position on the hillside, can sleep a min of 4 people. All the rooms have a view of the vegetation, the decoration is airy and luminous, rich in charm and personality, with a pleasant and welcoming furnishing in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. The guests of the farmhouse share a crescent-shaped swimming pool of 100 square meters and a sun deck equipped with beach umbrellas and deck chairs. The house is equipped with satellite television and locally controllable heating and has a reserved parking space. It is possible to connect to the Internet. A pizza oven and a portable barbecue are also available.
The Apartments
"II Fienile" Apt. (Barn)
It is an apartment for 4 people (ideal for 2 couples) of approximately 70 square meters. It has two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, a living room with sofa, table, wood-burning stove, and a small kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with four-burner cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher. One of the bathrooms has a jet-shower, the other one has a bath tub and a washing machine. The apartment is located on the first floor, and you will be able to reach it along a stairway of 16 steps. In the garden, next to the stairway to the apartment, there is a reserved gazebo with a table and chairs to relax outdoor.

 "I Nidi" Apt (Nests)
It is an apartment for 4+1 people, of approximately 85 square meters. The apartment is built on two levels. At the ground level there is a living room with sofa and armchairs open to the dining room with table, fireplace and a brickwork kitchen. A bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower is also available. The kitchen is equipped with four-burner cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and filter coffee machine whereas the bathroom has also a washing machine with iron and iron-board for a comfortable long stay. The bedrooms, located on the first floor, are reachable via an internal stairway. One has a double bed and a small balcony with an external staircase which drives back to the main entrance. The second has two single beds. On this level there is a second shower room which can be entered from the corridor. A private garden of 35 square meters and an open terrace equipped with table and chairs for "al fresco" meals are also available.

"Le Rondini" Apt. (Swallows)
It is an apartment of 130 square meters for 4+1 people. It is located on the ground level of the same building having "Il Fienile" at the 1st floor. It has two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, a living room with fireplace, a large kitchen (35 square meters) and an equivalent covered loggia under which you will find a long table with chairs. The apartment has two entrances, one through the loggia and the other one from the internal road that circles all the estate. Through the loggia you enter the kitchen, which has a large table with chairs for 6 people (but expandable to 8), two small armchairs and a big fireplace to cook Florentine steaks. It is also equipped with four-burner cooker, oven, micro-oven, refrigerator with freezer and ice-dispenser, dishwasher and washing machine. From the kitchen, through a small stairway of 4 steps you go down to the living room decorated with a sofa, a second fireplace used to warm up the apartment, an antique "Umbria" cupboard and a wood sculpture that it is named "The Troy horse" but that is in reality an old hand-machine used to knead the dough of the bread. From the living room, which communicates with the exteriors through the 2nd entrance, you will be able to reach the two bedrooms, both with an en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms with view over the wood surrounding the property has a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The other one with a view of the vegetation and the pool area has two single beds and a bathroom with bath tub and washing machine. The decoration is airy and luminous, with floors which are the colour of the sky, white, blue and ochre coloured curtains of linen and lace, paintings and items selected with care and fantasy by the owner, and that add a personal touch and charm to the whole.
