 Fattoria di Rignana
The property, recently restructured, is therefore organized: a Bed & Breakfast in the small farm composed from 7 double rooms all with bath, and 2 apartments in the Villa, everyone with 4 double rooms, 4 baths, kitchen and great drawing-room. |
 The Fattoria has in total 7 double bedrooms, 5 with en-suite bathroom and 2 with private bathroom in corridor across the rooms. Only one of the 7 bathrooms has a bathtube, all the other ones have showers. 5 bedrooms have double beds and 2 have twin beds.

 Villa De' Ricci
The Villa dates back to the 1700 and is being restored and ready for our guests from June 2001. It is divided in 2 apartments, one situated on the first floor and the other on the ground floor. |
 Ground floor, apartment "Riccio": 4 double bedrooms 2 with double bed and en-suite bathroom, both bathrooms with shower. 2 with twin beds and washbasin in the bedroom, 2 bathrooms across the sitting room, one with shower and one with bathtub. A big sitting room (100 sq.m.) and a big kitchen, fully equipped. All rooms have frescoes.
Apartment "Riccio" is available only as apartment self-catering. |
 First floor, apartment "Stella": 4 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom. 2 bedrooms have twin beds, bathroom with shower, the other bathroom with bathtub both have 2 washbasins. the other 2 bedrooms have double beds, one bathroom with bathtub and 2 washbasins and the other bathroom with bathtub and shower and 2 washbasins. A big sitting room (100 sq.m.) a dining room anda fully equipped kitchen.
Apartment "Stella" is available both as apartment self-catering and as double rooms bed & breakfast. |
