• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 11pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have two floors: ground floor and 1st floor above ground. There is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some do, but not all.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some do. Not all.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have no smoking rooms and suites.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite television in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, we have air condition and central heating in all our rooms. There is no extra charge for this.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, we have two out door swimming pools. They are open as soon and as long as the weather permits.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a covered parking lot at the entrance of the property. It is free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Siena or in Florence.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There are grocery stores with in a 10 minutes car drive in Castellina in Chianti or in San Donato in Poggio. There are also supermarkets with in a ½ hour's car drive in Poggibonsi or Siena.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes. The nearest ones are within a 10 minutes car drive.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Florence is about 45 km (roughly 28 miles), Siena about 24 km (roughly 15 miles), Pisa about 120 km (75miles).
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Castellina in Chianti.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  You must arrive by your own means of transportation. There is no public transportation to the hotel nor is there a shuttle service. We strongly recommend to arrive by car.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Castellina in Chianti.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Castellina Scalo.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No. There is no fitness center at the property. However we do have a small, but well equipped gym or work-out-room.
• Are pets welcome?
  No pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, our restaurant is called "La Pecora Nera". It is open in the evenings from Monday to Saturday and it is closed on Sundays for rest day.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, in our rooms/apartments there is an extra space beside the phone plug to insert a modem plug.
