• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment/flat.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price but every apartment has its own kitchen. We serve it at our bar (italian Breakfast).
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, of course heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you may settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are a ground floor, first and second floors; we don't have a lift in our building
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the apartments are unique.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide towels and linens.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Casa Del Gatto and Casa S. Antonio have a private outside space with a table and chairs, but Il Poggiolo is surrounded by a beautiful garden of rosemary, lavender and roses .
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have non smoking apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in every apartment with satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no telephone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, we don't have air conditioning in our residence, but the antique walls of the building dated 1700 are very thick and assure a perfect freshness even in summer time.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, sometimes we organize a common dinner for our guests.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is one available at the village library, 800 meters far.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have a beautiful huge swimming pool (16 meters x 8 meters) open from first days days of May until first days of October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a private car parking for our guests, no garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  San Quirico, Chiusi Rail station, Siena.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are grocery stores in San Quirico.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, all around, we are located just between the Brunello and Nobile wineyards.
• How far is Florence, Siena, Pisa from the Property?
  Siena: 44 km, 40 min.- Florence 105 km, 1 h. 20 min.- Pisa 150 km, 2 h. 30 min.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  San Quirico D'Orcia (700 meters).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence is the closest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we collaborate with a very reeliable taxi driver of our area that makes this service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  San Quirico D'Orcia, 800 meters far.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Buonconvento is the nearest railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we can easily recommend some excellent restaurants
  located in our area.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot connect the modem from the rooms.
